SEPHORA - MAKE UP FOR EVER!

So, I was browsing through the Make Up For Ever brand on Sephora's webbie and I noticed the blinking promo pictures on the top of the page, and one of it immediately caught my attention! It's a very 'Golden' look, the type that I love...*drools* I really wish to re-create that look and hopefully my skills allow me to. =p
